How can I give feedback on my experience or product?

Please send a message on this website or email us at customerservice@learninglittles.com with any comments, questions, or complaints. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We love hearing from you and will get back to you within one business day. In the future we plan on adding a comment page for everyone to see. We also love hearing comments about your products. We research all of our suppliers, but there is no exact science. If there was ever a problem with a product we want to make sure it does not happen again.

I am looking for an item not carried in your store, can you help me locate it?

We are more than happy to help. If you are looking for a specific item that we do not carry, we will try to locate the product through our suppliers and get back to you within one business day. If there is enough interest in specific items we might even add the product to our store on a regular basis. Please send a message on this website or email us at customerservice@learninglittles.com.

I emailed customer service and have not received a response.

We work hard to answer all emails within one business day. If it has been more than 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends), please send another message, we may have not received the first one.

How much do you charge for shipping?

 

We ship USPS. SHipping is $7.50 for orders under $50. We offer free shipping on any orders of $50 or more.

 

When will I receive my item?

We will send a tracking number as soon as the item ships. The item should arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

What if I want my item sooner?

Please email customerservice@learninglittles.com before completing your purchase. Sometimes we can get the item to you sooner, but the shipping costs can be quite high. We will let you know your options and do our best to help you out.

What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@learninglittles.com and send your item to: 3052 Hemlock St. Longview, Washington US 98632-2760.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
